Everien Slijkhuis New Supervisory Board Member Kendrion
18-04-2023 Everien Slijkhuis has been appointed to Kendrion's Supervisory Board for a four-year term.
Slijkhuis has national and international experience in financial and IT functions and is currently CFO of Hydratec Industries. Jabine van der Meijs will leave the Supervisory Board after two terms, Slijkhuis will succeed her as Chairman of the Audit Committee.
Furthermore, Joep van Beurden has been reappointed as CEO and member of the Executive Board for a period of four years from December 1, 2023, and Jeroen Hemmen has been reappointed as CFO and member of the Executive Board for a period of four years from July 1, 2023.
