Frans den Houter New CFO Aalberts
25-10-2024 Aalberts has announced the nomination of Frans den Houter as its new CFO. He is stepping down from his position at BAM Group.
Frans den Houter has been CFO at BAM Group since 2018. Prior to that, he worked for Heerema Marine Contractors for a long time, including six years as CFO. His nomination as CFO of Aalberts will be discussed at the General Meeting of Shareholders on April 10, 2025.
He succeeds Arno Monincx, who has worked at Aalberts for 17 years, the last six of which as CFO. The Supervisory Board and Monincx have mutually agreed that he will not be reappointed as CFO after the AGM.
Arno Monincx will stay on as CFO and member of the Executive Board until April 10, 2025, after which he will remain as advisor to the Executive Board for a period of one year to ensure a smooth transition. Frans den Houter will join the company as of March 1, 2025.
