CPO FrieslandCampina descides to leave

17-04-2023 Geraldine Fraser, Chief People Officer of FrieslandCampina, has decided to leave the company and continue her career in the United Kingdom, closer to her home and family.

Geraldine Fraser joined FrieslandCampina in 2014 as HR Director Asia, based in Singapore, and in 2017 was appointed Chief Human Resources Officer and member of the Executive Leadership Team at its headquarters in the Netherlands. In March 2021, she was promoted to Chief People Officer and member of the Executive Board.

Hein Schumacher, CEO of FrieslandCampina said, "Geraldine has made a huge difference in shaping and executing FrieslandCampina's people agenda over the past nearly nine years, initially from our regional hub in Singapore and from 2017 as part of the Executive Leadership Team from the Netherlands. In every aspect of the HR agenda - from Diversity & Inclusion, to Training & Development, to shaping a culture of Ownership & Performance - she has raised the bar for the company. We will miss Geraldine's drive and professional direction as well as her fine, fun personality as a colleague. We wish Geraldine all the best for the future."

Geraldine Fraser will remain active in her current position until July 1, 2023. A search process has begun to find her successor.
