Jaco van Goudswaard has announced that he will step down from his position as Chief Operating Officer (COO) of BNG Bank on April 1, 2025. Since 2021, he has been responsible for the transition of the bank's IT landscape and other strategic projects.
Amir Arooni, an IT specialist with extensive executive experience, will serve as interim COO. Arooni previously held roles as CIO at Discover Financial Services and NN Group and held various leadership positions at ING.
