Changes to Galapagos boards
24-07-2025 Galapagos has announced changes to its board of directors and leadership team.
Dawn Svoronos and Jane Griffiths are joining the board of directors as non-executive directors. They succeed Peter Guenter and Simon Sturge, who will step down on July 28, 2025.

Their strategic guidance, especially during this critical period of transition, has been truly invaluable.”
The company also announced that Sooin Kwon and Dan Grossman are joining the leadership team. They will start in their new positions, of Chief Business Officer and Chief Strategy Officer, respectively, effective August 4. These appointments further strengthen the leadership team. They will both report to CEO Henry Gosebruch.
