Jurjen Jongma New CFO Ebusco
25-07-2023 Ebusco nominates Jurjen Jongma as new CFO and member of the Executive Board. His appointment will be voted on at an extraordinary meeting of shareholders on September 6.
Jurjen Jongma was until recently CFO at Versuni, formerly known as Philips Domestic Appliances. Before that, he held financial positions at Philips for more than 25 years, including as CFO of various divisions. He was also head of internal audit at Philips for a period of time.
He is nominated because of his extensive experience, which Ebusco says will be "invaluable" in the next phase, in which the company is committed to scaling up its production capacity internationally.
Jongma will begin an extensive familiarisation period at the end of July. On September 6, his appointment will be discussed at an extraordinary meeting of shareholders. If approved, he will start immediately in his new role.

Following this appointment, Ebusco's executive board will consist of ceo Peter Bijvelds, cfo Jurjen Jongma and coo Bob Fleuren. The current CFO ad interim, Björn Krook, will stay on as Investor Relations Manager.
