
Karen de Lathouder new Supervisory Board member at NS
24-01-2025 Karen de Lathouder has been nominated to join the Supervisory Board of NS.
De Lathouder is currently a member of the Management Board at Eneco and previously served as CEO of BP’s Dutch division. She has also worked at companies such as Orpic, Akzo Nobel, and Shell. She holds a PhD and studied chemical engineering at Delft University of Technology.
De Lathouder has been nominated as the successor to Pim van der Feltz, whose second term as a member of the Supervisory Board will conclude during the General Meeting of Shareholders on March 10, 2025. A decision on her appointment will also be made during this meeting.
