Karl Guha new non-executive director Exor
11-04-2025 Exor has announced the nomination of Karl Guha as a non-executive director.
Karl Guha began his career at ABN Amro, where he held various senior management positions. From 2013 to 2021, he served as Chairman of the Executive Board and CEO of Van Lanschot Kempen. He then worked as Senior International Advisor at Goldman Sachs Europe and as Senior Advisor at McKinsey Europe, a role he held until 2023. He currently serves, among other roles, as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of ING Group.
Shareholders will be able to vote on his appointment during the General Meeting on 22 May.
