Kees Pingen Steps Down as Supervisory Board member at Royal FloraHolland
07-01-2025 Kees Pingen has decided to step down as a member of the Supervisory Board of Royal FloraHolland.
His departure is due to the end of his involvement with a member company of the cooperative, a requirement for holding the position of Supervisory Board member. Pingen had served as a member of the Supervisory Board since January 2019.
Evert van Helvoort, chairman of the Supervisory Board, expressed his gratitude: "The Supervisory Board thanks Kees for his dedication and valuable contributions to Royal FloraHolland. We wish him much success in the next phase of his career."
The Supervisory Board is currently exploring options to fill the vacant position. Supervisory Board Members are appointed on the recommendation of the Members' Council of Royal FloraHolland.
