Linde Jansen new CFO of PostNL
19-12-2024 As of April 15, 2025, Linde Jansen will succeed Pim Berendsen as CFO and member of the Board of Directors at PostNL.
Linde Jansen is currently Director of Financial & ESG Reporting at Heineken. She started her career at the company in 2007 and has since held various positions, including Manager of Reporting and Accounting Policies and Senior Financial Analyst.
Jansen will succeed Pim Berendsen, who will take over the position of CEO from Herna Verhagen after the General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) on April 15, 2025. After the AGM, Jansen and Berendsen will form the two-member Board of Directors of PostNL.
The Central Works Council of PostNL has provided a positive advisory opinion on Jansen's appointment. To ensure a smooth handover with Berendsen, she will join PostNL’s Executive Committee in March 2025.
