Marike Bonhof joins Supervisory Board Stedin Group
26-09-2024 Stedin Group has announced that Marike Bonhof has been appointed as a new member of the Supervisory Board for a four-year term, effective immediately.
Bonhof has held various executive roles, including CFO at the Municipality of Amsterdam and Vitens. She also was a Supervisory Board member at Rivas Zorggroep and Web Bonaire. Currently, she serves as CFO at Ymere and as a supervisory director at NHG.
Her appointment follows the State's accession as a shareholder in December 2023. Then, it was decided to add an extra member with a financial background to the Supervisory Board.
During the General Shareholders' Meeting on September 25, Bonhof was appointed, and Arco Groothedde was reappointed for a four-year term. The Supervisory Board of Stedin Group now consists of Doede Vierstra (Chairman), Annie Krist, Theo Eysink, and Hanne Buis, alongside Bonhof and Groothedde.
