Nancy McKinstry to step down as CEO of Wolters Kluwer

Nancy McKinstry has announced her retirement in February 2026, stepping down as CEO of Wolters Kluwer. McKinstry, one of the longest-serving CEOs of a publicly listed Dutch company, has led Wolters Kluwer through its transformation from a publishing company into a provider of data and analytics solutions.

She will be succeeded by Stacey Caywood, who has been with Wolters Kluwer since 1992. Caywood currently serves as CEO of the Health division and has played a key role in the company’s growth.
