Boskalis CEO Peter Berdowski steps down
07-03-2025 Boskalis has announced that CEO Peter Berdowski will step down as of April 1, 2025. He will be succeeded by Theo Baartmans.
Peter Berdowski has served as CEO of Boskalis since 2006 and has been a member of the Management Board of the dredging and maritime services company since 1997. In a previous interview with Management Scope, Berdowski described his appointment as CEO as "a call of duty.'
As of April 1, 2025, he will step down and will be appointed Chairman of the Supervisory Board on the same date.
Berdowski will be succeeded by Theo Baartmans, who has been a member of the Management Board since 2007.
