Robert Swaak new supervisory director Van Lanschot Kempen
28-08-2025 Van Lanschot Kempen has announced that Robert Swaak has been nominated as a new member of the Supervisory Board.
From 2020 until April 2025, Swaak served as Chair of the Management Board of ABN AMRO. Prior to that, he worked for more than 25 years at PwC, including Global Relationship Partner, Vice Chairman Global Clients & Markets and CEO of PwC in The Netherlands.
A decision on his appointment will be made at an Extraordinary General Meeting scheduled for 16 October 2025. The Dutch Central Bank has already approved the nomination.
