Changes in Rabobank Supervisory Board

12-12-2024 Sandra Berendsen joins Rabobank's Supervisory Board on December 11, 2024, as Arian Kamp and Pascal Visée step down.

The Rabobank General Members’ Council has appointed Sandra Berendsen as a member of the Supervisory Board. Berendsen, who joined on December 11, 2024, brings extensive experience from the accountancy sector and her involvement in the Dutch food and agricultural industry. She also has leadership experience with organizations such as FrieslandCampina, KPMG, and ForFarmers. Alongside her supervisory roles, Berendsen runs a dairy farm.

During the same meeting, Arian Kamp and Pascal Visée bid farewell to their positions on the Supervisory Board. Kamp had been with Rabobank for over 24 years, serving the last ten years as a board member. He played a significant role in cooperative matters and governance. Visée, a member since 2016, made valuable contributions as Chair of the Remuneration & HR Committee, shaping the bank's strategy and governance.

With Sandra Berendsen’s appointment, the bank takes another step toward future-proof supervision, reinforcing its focus on governance and societal impact.
