Susanne Schaffert new non-Executive Director Galapagos
13-06-2023 Galapagos has announced the appointment of Susanne Schaffert as non-Executive Director. Schaffert takes over the position from Rajesh Parekh, who stepped down on June 10, 2023.
After a 27-year career at Novartis during which she held various global positions, Schaffert resigned from her position as President of Novartis Oncology and member of Novartis' Executive Committee in 2022. Currently, she is also a non-Executive Director at Incyte Corporation and Novo Holdings. She also serves on the Novo Advisory Group (NAG) and the Executive Education Board of St. Gallen Business School.
