20-02-2025 Brunel has announced the appointment of Toine van Doremalen as its new CFO, effective May 15, 2025, pending shareholder approval.

Van Doremalen began his career in 1998 at Royal Philips, where he held senior financial positions in the Netherlands, Indonesia, and the United States. Van Doremalen will succeed Peter de Laat, who was appointed CEO of Brunel on October 1, 2024. His appointment will be proposed for a four-year term at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on May 15, 2025.

Frank van der Vloed, Chair of the Supervisory Board, is pleased to welcome Van Doremalen as Brunel’s new CFO: ‘With his strong track record of over 25 years in finance, international management and strategic leadership, he brings essential expertise to Brunel. As we continue to drive growth and innovation, Toine’s global perspective will be pivotal in strengthening our financial foundation and creating long term value for all stakeholders.’
