Vincent Rouget new CEO Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield

28-10-2025 Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield has announced that Vincent Rouget has been appointed CEO, effective January 1, 2026.

Vincent Rouget has been Chief Strategy & Investment Officer at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield since 2023 and currently also serves as COO Europe.

On October 23, the supervisory board of Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield decided to accelerate the succession plan and appoint Vincent Rouget as the new CEO with effect from January 1, 2026.

Jean-Marie Tritant, CEO of the company since 2021, will step down at the end of the year.
