Wayne Allan Joins ASML Executive Board
20-10-2022 ASML announced on October 19 that Wayne Allan has been nominated as Executive Vice President and Chief Strategic Sourcing & Procurement Officer. He will join the executive board.
Wayne Allan has been with ASML since 2018 as Executive Vice President of Customer Support. He will be nominated as a new member of the executive board at a general meeting of shareholders on April 26, in the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Strategic Sourcing & Procurement Officer.
This will expand the ASML executive board from five to six members. The supervisory board has decided to add Allan's position to the executive board as the performance of the supply chain is increasingly critical to ASML’s ability to respond to customer demand.
