Changes in Shell’s Executive Committee

04-03-2025 Zoë Yujnovich to step down as Director Integrated Gas and Upstream on March 31, 2025. Cederic Cremers and Peter Costello to join the Executive Committee on April 1, 2025.

Shell has announced that Zoë Yujnovich, Director Integrated Gas and Upstream, will step down from her role and leave the group as of March 31, 2025. Cederic Cremers will be appointed Director Integrated Gas, while Peter Costello will become Director Upstream. Both will join the Executive Committee on April 1, 2025.

Cederic Cremers has been with Shell since 2002, holding various roles. Since 2021, he has served as Executive Vice President Liquefied Natural Gas.
Peter Costello joined Shell in 2016 and became Executive Vice President Conventional Oil and Gas in 2021, following several senior positions across Downstream, Midstream, and Upstream.
