New Supervisory Board member Arcadis
15-05-2023 Arcadis has announced the appointment of Barbara Duganier to its Supervisory Board for a four-year term.
Barbara Duganier has extensive international consulting experience, both as an Executive and non-Executive. Currently, Duganier is a non-Executive with McDermott International, Pattern Energy, MRC Global and Texas Pacific Land Corporation.
From 2004 to 2013, Duganier was with Accenture, where she held various Executive and management positions in its outsourcing business, including Global Chief Strategy Officer. Prior to her time at Accenture, Duganier worked as a certified public accountant and consultant at Arthur Andersen, where she eventually became a partner and held various leadership positions, including that of Global Chief Financial Officer of Andersen Worldwide.
In addition to Barbara Duganier's appointment, Michiel Lap has been reappointed to Arcadis' Supervisory Board for another two years. Lap joined the Supervisory Board in 2015 and has been Chairman since May 2022.
