Carolien Gehrels new Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Ajax
13-02-2025 Carolien Gehrels has been appointed Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Ajax, succeeding Michael van Praag.
Carolien Gehrels was appointed chairman of the Supervisory Board of Ajax during the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders on Monday. She succeeds Michael van Praag, who stepped down after the meeting. Georgette Schlick (member of the Supervisory Board) also stepped down. Gehrels has been appointed for a term until the general meeting of shareholders in 2028.
During the previous AGM on December 16, 2024, the appointments of three new members to the Supervisory Board were already announced: Hermine Voûte, Dirk Anbeek, and Sirik Goeman, who will replace Annette Mosman, Cees van Oevelen, and Leo van Wijk.
