Caroline Fluit new supervisory director at Unica
17-04-2025 As of April 1, Caroline Fluit has been appointed as a supervisory director of Unica.
Caroline Fluit is currently Director Digital Commerce at OZ-Hami. She also serves as a supervisory director at BDR Thermea Group and is a member of the Digital Advisory Council at Avery Dennison. Previously, she worked for ten years at Albert Heijn, where she was responsible for e-commerce, customer loyalty, and data & analytics. She also spent over three years at IKEA, where she was globally responsible for the digital customer strategy, e-commerce, and the loyalty program.
With Fluit’s appointment, Unica’s Supervisory Board now consists of five members: Michiel Jaski (chair), Henk ten Hove, Luc Hendriks, John Quist, and Caroline Fluit.
