Changes in Fairphone’s Supervisory Board
18-02-2025 Four new members welcomed to Fairphone’s Supervisory Board following the departure of former chairman Josephine de Zwaan.
Fairphone welcomes four new members to its Supervisory Board: Astrid Rauchfuss, Elfrieke van Galen, Gustavo Burnier, and Besma Kraiem. Rauchfuss has over 20 years of experience in the technology and telecommunications sectors and is active in various board positions, including at Eraneos Group and Orcan Energy. Van Galen is an experienced non-executive director with a focus on sustainability, currently serving at GVB and Schiphol Airport Group. Burnier brings expertise in revenue growth and innovation, while Kraiem has 25 years of experience in B2B sales and global expansion in the technology sector.
These appointments follow the departure of Josephine de Zwaan, who was involved with Fairphone for over eight years. Eelco Blok remains the chair of the supervisory board.
