Henri de Pater New CFO BAM Group
25-10-2024 BAM Group has announced the nomination of Henri de Pater as its new CFO. He succeeds Frans den Houter, who is joining Aalberts.
Henri de Pater has been with BAM Group since 1996, where he held various managerial positions. He is currently Executive Director Finance of the United Kingdom and Ireland division. Effective March 1, 2025, he will join the executive committee as Nominated CFO. His appointment will be discussed with the central works council and will be discussed at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on May 8, 2025.
De Pater succeeds Frans den Houter, who has held the position of CFO since 2018 and has decided to leave BAM Group as of March 1, 2025. He is nominated for appointment as CFO of Aalberts.
