New supervisory directors at Signify
24-02-2026 Signify has announced a number of changes to its supervisory board.
Jeroen Hoencamp and Barbara Holzapfel have been nominated for appointment as supervisory directors. From March 1, they will both attend meetings of the supervisory board in an observing role until their appointment at the annual general meeting of shareholders on April 24.
Jeroen Hoencamp was CEO of VodafoneZiggo from 2017 to 2024. He has been a supervisory director at PostNL since 2020. Barbara Holzapfel has extensive experience in enterprise software, digital transformations, and marketing and supply chain solutions. She was chief marketing officer at Genesys from 2022 to 2024.
In addition, it has been announced that Jeroen Drost has been elected as the new chairman by the supervisory board. He succeeds Gerard van de Aast, who has been a member of the supervisory board since 2017 and will remain a member until the end of his term in 2027.
Bram Schot has been nominated for reappointment and Rita Lane will step down from her position on the Supervisory Board after ten years, at the end of her current term in April 2026.
