Marga de Jager New Member of KPN Supervisory Board

03-04-2023 KPN nominates Marga de Jager as a new member of its Supervisory Board. De Jager will succeed Chantal Vergouw, who was recently nominated as a member of KPN's Executive Board.

Marga de Jager is currently CEO of ANWB and has experience in both the private and public domain. Among other things, she has been responsible for marketing and sales in the consumer market and for B2B assistance at ANWB and has previously worked in various commercial positions at Leaseplan. In addition to her role as CEO of ANWB, she is also Chairman of the Supervisory Board of ANWB's insurance operations (Unigarant) and a member of the Advisory Board of KWF Kankerbestrijding.

Marga de Jager's appointment takes effect following a resolution of KPN's shareholders at an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, which will be convened shortly. At this Extraordinary Meeting of Shareholders, shareholders will also be informed of the proposed appointments of Chantal Vergouw and Wouter Stammeijer as members of KPN's Executive Board.
