Marguerite Soeteman-Reijnen Appointed Supervisory Board Member at MN

07-01-2025 Marguerite Soeteman-Reijnen has been appointed as a Supervisory Board member at MN and will serve as Chair of the Audit Committee. Her nomination was recently approved by De Nederlandsche Bank (DNB).

This appointment follows the departure of Supervisory Board members Sandra Spek and Hanny Kemna, whose maximum terms had expired. After the pension management division was spun off to PGGM in July 2024 and MN continued as an independent asset manager, the Supervisory Board sought to fill one position.

Marguerite Soeteman-Reijnen brings extensive experience as an executive and supervisor. She spent nearly 35 years at Aon in various commercial, operational, and leadership roles. Since leaving Aon in 2024, she has focused fully on supervisory roles.

President of the Supervisory Board, Jurgen Stegmann, expressed enthusiasm: "Marguerite Soeteman-Reijnen is a highly experienced executive with in-depth knowledge of the sector in which MN operates. Her expertise in pension-related matters and her strong network are a valuable addition to the Supervisory Board."

In addition to her new role at MN, Soeteman-Reijnen is a Supervisory Board member at Siemens Netherlands and was, until recently, active at NautaDutilh. Since 2021, she has been Chair of the SER Top Women Network and is active in various networks and committees focused on women and leadership. She is also an ambassador for the Female Cancer Foundation.

Born in 1966, Soeteman-Reijnen earned a law degree from Erasmus University in 1990 and completed additional studies at INSEAD, Harvard Business School, and IMD.
