Reappointment of chair and two new supervisory board members at Rabobank
19-09-2025 Rabobank has reappointed Marjan Trompetter as chair of the supervisory board for a final term of two years. At the same time, Brian Hirman and Bart Zegers are joining the supervisory board.
Rabobank emphasizes that Trompetter is “highly respected and valued as chair” and that “her contribution to the transformation that Rabobank has undergone in recent years has been of great significance.”
Brian Hirman is an entrepreneur and investor in the marketing and digital sector and has previously held positions at Rabobank Amsterdam and the general members' council. Bart Zegers is co-CEO of Wiltec Group, has led digital and sustainable transitions, and has been active in cooperative governance since 2011.
“I am very pleased to welcome Brian and Bart to the supervisory board,” said Marjan Trompetter. “Their diverse backgrounds and experience within the cooperative will strengthen the effectiveness of the board and contribute to a closer connection with our members, customers, and local banks.”
