Mayte Oosterveld new CFO of Just Eat Takeaway.com
08-02-2024 Just Eat Takeaway.com N.V. has announced that Mayte Oosterveld is appointed as the new CFO. She succeeds Brent Wissink.
Mayte Oosterveld is a financial specialist. She has been working at Plus Holding B.V. since 2019, where she started as CFO. In early 2024, she became interim Co-CEO at the company. Before joining Plus Holding B.V., she gained international experience at Goldman Sachs in London and Ahold Delhaize. She also serves on the supervisory board of the Diabetes Fonds.
Oosterveld is nominated for appointment as CFO of Just Eat Takeaway.com in May 2024. She will succeed Brent Wissink, who announced last July that he would step down from his position as Chief Financial Officer and member of the executive board.
