Miriam van Dongen New Supervisory Director Rabobank

27-09-2024 Rabobank has announced the appointment of Miriam van Dongen as a member of the Supervisory Board effective September 25, 2024.

Miriam van Dongen has been a professional supervisory director since 2009 and is currently a supervisory director at Achmea and several of its subsidiaries, Mollie and Optiver, among others. She is also a member of the supervisory board of Het Balletorkest and Kadaster.

She was appointed by the general council of members as a new Supervisory Director. Marjan Trompetter, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Rabobank: “With her long professional career as a Non-Executive Director, her expertise and affinity with both audit and risk issues, and her extensive network and various roles on supervisory boards, Miriam is a versatile and valuable addition to the Supervisory Board.”

With Van Dongen's appointment, Rabobank's Supervisory Board now consists of the following members: Marjan Trompetter (chairman), Johan van Hall (vice chairman), Miriam van Dongen, Matthew Elderfield, Petri Hofsté, Arian Kamp, Gail Klintworth, Marc Pensaert and Pascal Visée.
