Changes to supervisory board Royal HaskoningDHV

05-04-2024 Royal HaskoningDHV has announced changes to its supervisory board.

Peter Blauwhoff is stepping down as chairman of the supervisory board. He has served on the supervisory board for nine years, the last four as chairman.

Blauwhoff will be succeeded by Daan Sperling, who has been a member of Royal HaskoningDHV's supervisory board since 2019. He is also a supervisory board member of Boskalis, Stadsherstel Historisch Rotterdam, GMB Holding and M.J. de Nijs en Zonen. Commenting on his appointment, he said, 'I am very excited about this new role and look forward to further supporting the company as it navigates through this volatile global economic environment.'

It was also announced that Taco de Haan has been appointed as a new member of the supervisory board. He is the former CEO of Stork Holding and was also active at Fluor Corporation in the past. He is currently a supervisory board member at Power2X.

CEO Marije Hulshof says De Haan brings a wealth of knowledge and experience regarding Royal HaskoningDHV's industry and energy transition.
