Harsh Chitale New Board Member Signify
22-09-2022 Signify announced on September 21 that it intends to appoint Harsh Chitale as a new member of its executive board.
Signify has announced that it will expand its executive board from three to four members. The appointment of Harsh Chitale will be discussed at the general meeting of shareholders in May 2023.
Harsh Chitale started at Signify in 2015 (then Philips Lighting) as CEO India. In 2017, he became CEO of the digital solutions division. Before joining Signify, he held various (management) positions at HCL Infosystems, Honeywell and Tata.

Under his leadership, we have strengthened our market position in the professional segment and expanded our presence in the high-growth areas of connected and agricultural lighting. Harsh played a crucial role in the acquisition and integration process of Cooper Lighting.
