Jacques van den Broek takes over the role of Chairman from Frank van Oers, who previously held this position. Van den Broek had a long career at Randstad, where he worked from 1988 to 2022 and was a member of the Executive Board from 2004. He was CEO from 2014 to 2022. Currently, van den Broek is a Supervisory Board member at CM.com.

Kiki Stiemer held several senior management positions within Ahold between 1992 and 2016. Since 2017, she has worked as an independent consultant organization development. Her appointment to the Supervisory Board is based on the recommendation of the works council.

John Kruijssen was nominated as Supervisory Board member by the other members of the Board. He previously served as CEO of Detailresult Group from 2015 to 2018, which includes Dirk Supermarkets and Dekamarkt. Since 2018, he has served as CEO of Beter Bed Holding.

Current Supervisory Board members Edwin Bouwman and Hein-Jan Mooren have both been reappointed. Jan Brouwer and Frank van Oers have indicated not to make themselves available for reappointment. Kitty Koelemeijer stepped down from the Supervisory Board in August 2022, after having been a member of Intergamma's Supervisory Board for almost nine and a half years. She wants to concentrate on her other activities. Intergamma thanks the resigning Supervisory Board members for their commitment in recent years. With the new Chairman, Intergamma's Supervisory Board now consists of five members.
