Jeroen Drost steps down as CEO of SHV Holdings
28-11-2023 SHV Holdings has announced that CEO Jeroen Drost will step down in 2024. He will be succeeded by Floris de Ryck.
Jeroen Drost has been Chairman of the Executive Board of SHV Holdings since 2016. He will step down from his position after the general meeting of shareholders in April 2024.
Floris de Ryck succeeds him as the new CEO. De Ryck has been a Member of the Executive Board of SHV Holdings since 2016 and in the past worked at SHV Energy and Makro
Eelco Hoekstra, a member of SHV Holdings' Executive Board since 2022, is also stepping down. He leaves effective January 1, 2024, but will remain active as an advisor to the Executive Board and Supervisory Board.
