Jörg Gerbig reappointed as COO Just Eat Takeaway
03-08-2022 Just Eat Takeaway.com announced on August 3 that Jörg Gerbig will be reappointed as COO and member of managing board.
Just Eat Takeaway.com announced on May 4 that the proposed reappointment of COO Jörg Gerbig was withdrawn. A formal complaint had been filed against Gerbig, alleging possible personal misconduct. The external expert investigation has now been concluded and based on the outcome Mr. Jörg Gerbig can continue in his position as COO.
For this reason, the Supervisory Board has decided that Jörg Gerbig will be nominated for reappointment as a member of the managing board, at the latest at the General Meeting of Shareholders in 2023.
