Pauline van der Meer Mohr leaves EY
26-04-2022 On April 26, EY Netherlands announced that Pauline van der Meer Mohr will resign from her position as chairman and member of the supervisory board by the end of 2022 at the latest.
Pauline van der Meer Mohr has been chairman of the supervisory board of EY Netherlands since July 2015. She will retire early, six months before the end of her second and final term. This will prevent the occuring of two vacancies on the supervisory board simultaneously mid-2023. It also creates room for Van der Meer Mohr to accept other responsibilities outside of EY.
The executive board of EY Netherlands is very grateful to Pauline van der Meer Mohr for her involvement and commitment as a member of the Supervisory Board. According to Jeroen Davidson, Chairman of the Board of Directors of EY Netherlands, Van der Meer Mohr played an important role in further developing EY into one of the leading organizations in the field of accountancy, tax and consultancy services in the Netherlands.
Pauline van der Meer Mohr: 'I cherish the period in which we were the first supervisory board of EY to set up internal supervision. In the past challenging years, EY has taken major steps towards restoring trust and making the quality of its services more sustainable. I am grateful to my colleagues on the supervisory board for the pleasant cooperation and have full confidence that EY will be successful on the path it has taken.'
EY indicates that it is the intention that the chairmanship of the supervisory board will be taken over by Richard van Zwol with effect from 1 January 2023. Van Zwol has been a member of the supervisory board of EY Netherlands since February 2021.
