Peter Wennink new Supervisory Director Heineken

15-12-2023 Heineken has announced the appointment of Peter Wennink as Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board, effective April 25, 2024.

Peter Wennink has been the CEO of ASML since 2013, where he initially started as CFO in 1999. Before that, he held various positions at Deloitte, including Partner.

Jean-Marc Huët, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, stated, "We are delighted to nominate Peter Wennink as a new member of our Supervisory Board, supporting the company in its aim to deliver sustainable long-term value creation for its stakeholders. With his many years of experience and exceptional qualities, Peter will bring valuable and new perspectives to the Supervisory Board."

During the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on April 25th, not only will Wennink be appointed, but CEO Dolf van den Brink will be reappointed for a period of 4 years. In addition, Jean-Marc Huët and Pamela Mars-Wright will be nominated for reappointment as Supervisory Directors, both for a period of two years.
