Željko Kosanović New CFO of Signify
25-10-2024 Signify has announced the permanent nomination of Željko Kosanović for appointment as CFO. He had already been CFO on an interim basis since April 2024.
Željko Kosanović has been with Signify since 2017, first as CFO of the digital solutions division, then as Group Controller and since April 2024 as CFO ad interim. Previously, he was employed at Schneider Electric for many years.
“In the role of acting CFO, Mr. Kosanovic has consistently demonstrated the financial and leadership competencies required for this position,” said Gerard van de Aast, Chair of the Supervisory Board of Signify. “We are pleased to confirm this appointment, and look forward to continuing working with him in the future.”
His appointment as CFO is effective immediately. His appointment as statutory member of the executive board will be discussed at the 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.
