Corbion Nominates Bob Elfring as Supervisory Director
24-03-2026 Corbion has nominated Bob Elfring for appointment to the Supervisory Board. The appointment, for a term of four years, will be put to a vote at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on May 13, 2026.
Bob Elfring has over thirty years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, and capital markets. He has worked at J.P. Morgan, where he most recently served as Vice Chair of Investment Banking for EMEA, and previously held positions at Credit Suisse, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and Rabobank, among others. He currently serves in various supervisory roles, including at ASR Nederland and BAM Group.
Effective April 1, 2026, Elfring will begin serving as an advisor to the Supervisory Board, in anticipation of his intended appointment.

The nomination is part of planned succession planning within the Supervisory Board and will not result in a change in its composition. Upon approval, the appointment will take effect following the conclusion of the general meeting.
