New Supervisory Board Members at PGGM

18-05-2026 PGGM’s shareholders’ meeting has approved changes to the composition of the supervisory board.

Marjanne Sint has been reappointed as chair of the supervisory board for a third two-year term. New members joining the board are Karin Bergstein, effective May 13, 2026, and Aloys Kregting, effective September 22, 2026, both for four-year terms.

Karin Bergstein was previously a member of the Executive Board of a.s.r. and a member of the Management Board of ING Bank Nederland. She currently serves as a supervisory board member at Van Lanschot Kempen, BNG Bank, and Nedap.

Aloys Kregting is Senior Vice President of Business Services at ASML and also serves as a supervisory board member at de Volksbank and UMC Utrecht. He has a background in IT management and has held executive positions at companies including AkzoNobel and DSM.

They will replace Doede Vierstra and Henk Broeders, respectively. Both will also become members of the audit, risk, and compliance committee. Françoise Dings had previously been reappointed for four years; her second term began on May 12, 2026.
