Two new supervisory directors at ING Group

Two new supervisory directors at ING Group

13-03-2025 ING Group has announced that Petri Hofsté and Stuart Graham have been nominated as new supervisory directors.

Petri Hofsté currently serves as a supervisory director at FrieslandCampina and Pon Holdings. She is also a supervisory director at Achmea and its subsidiaries, although she will step down from this role in April 2025. Hofsté has a background as an accountant and CFO in the financial sector.

Stuart Graham is currently a consultant at Trade Republic and is the co-founder and former CEO of Autonomous Research. Previously, he worked as a banking analyst at JP Morgan and Merrill Lynch.

The appointments of Hofsté and Graham will be discussed during the upcoming Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on April 22. If approved, their appointments will take effect on July 1, 2025.
